Psychodynamic psychotherapy can foster a deeper understanding of the self and our relationships with others by exploring the root causes of difficulties we face. Left unresolved, struggles can become more entrenched and complex, often resulting in repeating the same patterns.
Having a greater awareness of the different aspects of what we feel and experience, give us a better sense of being connected to ourselves. With stronger and deeper connections to ourselves as well as those around us, we can go out into the world feeling safer and more resilient, and able to make decisions more confidently.
I provide my clients a safe and non-judgemental space for us to look together at difficulties with kindness and compassion, helping my clients find clarity and a positive way forward.
